Hobby Lobby "I Love This Yarn"
Tangello Stripe

=

Tutti-fruity Scarfutti!

these colors really compliment each other.

k2,p2 ribbing makes it easy and quick to knit up!

I'm afraid I will be on this variegated yarn kick just a while longer.   And when I can use acrylic yarns from Hobby Lobby and they come out looking like this...well, it's pretty much a given!  I'm thinking these will make great Christmas presents.  And who doesn't love a hand knit scarf for Christmas?!

Now if time would just slow down for a bit that would be great.  I know there is no way I will get all want want done before Christmas gets here.  But I'm going to give it my best shot!

I put away my knitting needles for my crochet hooks quite a few years ago now but seeing the beautiful scarves you are knitting makes me want to run to Hobby Lobby and find those needles to make one for me!!

Hello, Dawn. The Garden Bell sent me to have a look around. Nice scarf and what a neat idea to combine those two variegated yarns! I'm just not that creative to think of doing something like that.

Going to nose around a bit. Come visit me if you get a chance. I'll be Following you.

Okay, I'm an idiot. I already know who you are and you me! Ha-ha-ha. Geez, I'm getting old!

Hopping over from Kate's place to see your lovely scarf. Great combination. So colorful and fun! My hairdresser and friend is so great at mixing up colors -- my brain doesn't seem to think in those terms. It is my intention to think outside the box and be a little more creative. I don't knit, but love to crochet. Happy knitting! Best wishes, Tammy

Hi Dawn,

I stumbled upon your blog googling granny squares pattern. I recently got seriously hooked on to crochet, and it has become a bit of an addiction...

Just wanted to say: I CANNOT STOP LOOKING AT YOUR SQUARES!! They are absolutely gorgeous! And the things that come out of them..!!!

I just bought one of your patterns... All the best with the Etsy shop!

I love the colors together. It is a great mix. You have a great eye for color. Did you hold the strands together or one row of each color?

I changed colors every two rows. makes it nice and even!
